Do I need experience?
No prior IT job required — but you do need to be genuinely hungry and coachable. We take a small number of applicants and go deep with each one, so we're selective about drive, not pedigree.
Is it classroom lectures?
No. It's hands-on, real-world practice. You learn by doing the actual work alongside people who do it for regulated clients by day, then you get feedback until it's real.
What happens if I finish successfully?
You finish genuinely job-ready — real work behind you, references, and interview reps. The strongest are invited onto our client engagements; the model is to develop proven people and staff real work with them.
